Order establishing the Waratelgoda - Kitulatura Reserved Forest under the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451).

By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988 and Act, No. 23 of 1995, I, Patali Champika Ranawaka, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources by this Order declares the Waratelgoda - Kitulatura Forest of 56.428 Hectares bounded by the limits set forth in the Schedule as Waratelgoda - Kitulatura Reserved Forest from 18 November, 2009.
