Order to Modify Every Licence Issued in respect of Pesticides Containing Glyphosate.

This Order is enacted in accordance with the Section 11 of the Control of Pesticides Act, No. 33 of 1980.
The Registrar of Pesticides issues the Order to modify every licence issued in respect of pesticides containing the active ingredient bearing the Chemical Abstract Service Registry number specified in the Schedule I, in the manner specified in the Schedule II.
