Abstract
This Order is enacted by the Ministry of Agriculture under the Control of Pesticides Act.
The Order makes provisions for: (i) declaring that every pesticide in such trade Name as specified in the Schedule hereto shall be an approved pesticide; and (ii) Classifying such pesticides as restricted pesticides.
