Abstract
This Act amends the Poisons, Opium and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (principal enactment). Sections 54A, 77A of the principal enactment, in respect of dangerous drugs, are amended. Section 83 is repealed and substituted. New sections 84, 85, 86 and 87 relating to offences are added. The Third Schedule to the principal enactment is amended.
