Abstract
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Imports and Exports (Control) Act.
In order to import any item of goods for commercial purposes specified in Schedule I, an import license shall be obtained. The Regulations further makes provisions for: persons or classes of persons eligible to import goods under these regulations, terms and conditions relating to payment, etc.
