The Constitution come into operation on 2 April 1993.
Notes
Lesotho's Constitution of 1993 as amended last by Act No. 5 of 1998. The Revised Draft of a Constitution for Lesotho was published as Government Notice No. 12 of 1993 on 5 February 1993. That revised draft was then amended by Government Notice No. 28 of 1993, published on 27 March 1993.
