Abstract
These Rules, made under sections 34 and 35 of the Lesotho Electricity Authority Act, concern procedures for complaints that a customer may have about water and sewerage services provided by a licensee. A customer has a right to lodge a complaint with the Lesotho Electricity Authority. The Rules specify requirements for admissibility of the complaint by the Authority. The Authority may either mediate in a dispute or make a determination on the complaint.
