Law No. XIII-708 amending Law No. XI-2053 “On liquefied natural gas terminals”.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal Operator is a person who holds a LNG re-gasification license issued in accordance with the Natural Gas Law and is responsible for the operation of the LNG Terminal, in which at least 2/3 of the company's voting rights are owned by the state directly or through the companies controlled by it the General Meeting of Shareholders.” Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “A company intending to become a LNG terminal operator must obtain a CNG re-gasification license in accordance with the procedure established by the Natural Gas Law.”
