Abstract
Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: State and municipal institutions, enterprises, institutions and organizations, in accordance with competence in making decisions related to the implementation of the project in full cooperate with each other and with the company, exchange the necessary information and ensure that timely decisions granting the company and/or other persons the right to operate LNG design, development, installation and other related work of the terminal infrastructure. Implementation decisions related to the project must be taken as soon as possible. Joint Stock Company Klaipeda State Seaport Authority cooperates with the company in selecting a location (site) for LNG in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts to install the terminal. The Company is granted the right to use the territory of Klaipeda State Seaport, required for the installation and operation of the LNG terminal, the agreement with the joint-stock company Klaipeda the State Seaport Authority on the basis of the procedure and conditions established by legal acts."
