Abstract
Article 14 establishes that lease agreement related to public land must be terminated before expiration of the term if the lessee uses land for purposes that are not envisaged by lease agreement. Article 24 envisages the possibility of change of main specific (purposeful) use of land and/or modalities of the conclusion of lease contract if a plot of land is allotted in lease in accordance with Article 9 (item 6) of Law on land (No. 1-446).
