Order No. D1-204 of the Minister of Environment amending Decree No. 33 of the Minister of Environment validating the Regulation on authorization for change of water level in ponds and lakes and issuance of permits.

The Minister orders to establish environmental requirements for lowering the level of water in ponds and lakes and sets forth the procedure for issuance of permits for lowering water level in ponds and lakes, establishes terms and conditions for issuance of the aforesaid permits. Authorization shall be required for lowering water level in ponds and lakes below minimum allowable level. Authorization shall not be required in case of reduction of water level in ponds and lakes due to release of water destined for the increase of water level in rivers in dry period. Fisheries in ponds and lakes shall be authorized as fishery protective measure in case on release of all water and in accordance with special fishing authorization.
