Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the conditions for granting aid in the form of a loan, in order to promote the development of micro, small and medium sized merchants and the development of such agricultural service co-operatives, which conform with the conformity criteria prescribed by regulatory enactments. The objective of the Regulation is to improve access to financing by the registered performers of economic activity in Latvia, thereby promoting the development of the economy of the Republic of Latvia.
