Abstract
In order to provide financing for the granting of the loan within the framework of this regulation, the company "Altum" additionally attracts a state loan of up to 110,000,000 euros in accordance with the regulatory enactments on the procedure for issuing and servicing state loans, without applying the loan risk interest rate. The company "Altum" can attract additional resources from international financial institutions or financial markets up to 75,000,000 euros for granting a loan. Loans issued within the framework of this regulation can be financed from the resources mentioned in this clause and from the resources mentioned in clause 5 of this regulation.
