Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the waste classification; the properties which render waste hazardous; the criteria for by-products; the criteria for terminating the application of waste status; and the procedures for the application of the criteria for by-products and for terminating the application of waste status. The Regulation further provides for waste classification and properties rendering waste hazardous; and criteria for by-products and for the termination of the application of waste status.
