Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the requirements which shall be mandatorily indicated by the holder of a geospatial data set in the provisions for the use of the geospatial data set; and the procedures by which a public authority or private individual who needs to use a geospatial data set shall receive a permit from the data holder for the use of the geospatial data set.
