Abstract
This Law is composed of 6 Chapters divided into 29 articles. Chapter I deals with introductory provisions. Chapter II provides for licence procedures in particular: licence's fees; requirements for fishing vessels; licence's validity; and implementing resolutions and regulations for fishing seasons, zones and methods. Chapter III defines licence's requirements for foreign vessels. Fishing rules and conditions are given in Chapter IV. Vessels crew is dealt in Chapter V. Offences and penalties are contained in Chapter VI.
