This Resolution issues the Implementing Regulation of Law 14 of 1989 on the exploitation of marine resources. The Implementing Regulation is composed of 3 Chapters divided into 69 articles. Introductory provisions dealt with in Chapter I. Licence issuing procedures provided for in Chapter II. Licences for foreign vessels are given in Chapter III.
