Abstract
This Law consisting of 2 articles amends certain provisions of Law No. 112 of 1973 regarding the regulation of water well drilling activities, establishing Committees for contractor registration (article 12) and appeals (article 16), specifying penalties for unregistered drilling, and granting judicial authority to Water Authority employees designated by the Board of Directors.
