Abstract
This Decree consisting of 5 article aims at declaring the State of Health Emergency due to the Covid-19 outbreak up to the 20 of April 2020. The Decree provides for the blocking of circulation excluding the cases of acquisition of products and commodities essential for subsistence, including the purchase of medicines from pharmacies.
