Decree of the National Agency on Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre validating the Regulation on licensing of geodetic, cartographic and cadastre activity.

This Decree shall be compulsory for all natural and legal persons carrying out geodetic activity, topographic activity, survey, mapping and keeping of land cadastre. National Agency on Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre shall be the authorized institution for issuance, renewal, validation, restriction and revocation of licences. The applicant shall file the application specifying the type and the period activity, registration certificate issued by the registration authority, company statute and documents attesting professional qualification. Licence can be issued for a single type of activity or can be multiple covering several activities. The duration of licence for topographic, geodetic and cartographic activities shall be three years while licence for cadastre activity shall be one year. Licences shall be nominal and non transferable. Annex contains the form of licence.
