Government Decree No. HG229/2023 validating the Concept of State geographic information system “State Register of Topographic and Geodetic Works”.

This Government Decree constitutes state geographic information system “State Register of Topographic and Geodetic Works” and validates the Concept of State geographic information system “State Register of Topographic and Geodetic Works”. In the state geographic information system “State Register of Topographic and Geodetic Works” topographic and geodetic works (engineering topographic plans and control of topographic plans developed as a result of topographic, geodetic surveys and control topographic surveys) performed by natural persons and legal entities will be registered for the purpose of maintaining records, who, respectively, are holders of a topographic-geodetic and cartographic certificate or have employees who hold such certificates.
