Governmental Decision HG27/2021 validating the Regulation on the establishment of a diesel fuel quantum from external humanitarian aid provided by Romania, intended to support agricultural producers affected by the 2020 drought.

This Governmental Decree establishes a diesel fuel quantum from external humanitarian aid provided by Romania, intended to support agricultural producers affected by the 2020 drought as a form of partial compensation of damages of agricultural producers due to losses of crops. Assistance shall be provided in case that, according to the acts of ascertaining, 60% or more of crop yields from the 2020 crop were lost due to drought. To receive assistance, the applicant must meet the following conditions: (a) to prove the fact of ownership or cultivation of land plots sown by crops for the harvest of 2020; and (b) the submitted acts of ascertaining must contain reliable data and must be drawn up within the time period established by this Regulation. Governmental Decision contains calculation formula for the establishment of a diesel fuel quantum.
