Governmental Decision No. HG48/2021 on the release of milling wheat from state reserves for the purpose of refreshments with a break in time or for borrowing.

The Government decrees to authorize Agency of Material Reserves to release from state reserves for the purpose of refreshment with a break in time or for borrowing 20,787,062tons of milling wheat to allocate to business entities on a contractual basis, with the provision of a bank or financial guarantee, the amount of which must ensure coverage of the volume milling wheat removed from stocks, as well as on the basis of a prepayment for borrowing, provided that there are no debts to government reserves. Return of food wheat released from state reserves shall be performed from the harvest of the current year in the same volume and of the same quality by October 1, 2021 year.
