Governmental Decree No. HG24/1995 validating the Regulation on the content of land cadastre documentation.

Regulation on the content of land cadastre documentation sets the content, purpose and timing of submission to higher authorities of the general land cadastral documentation. The cadastral documentation is official documentation, mandatory for compilation and keeping at the level of requirements of the cadastre of the village (communities), city, municipality, district, national level. Based on this Regulation, local public authorities (land management service) shall carry out on site work on daily keeping of cadastral documentation and submit it in full within established deadline. Cadastral register of land owners, act confirming the right of land owner, the project for the organization of the territory and the decision of the local authority and decision of local public administration on allotment of land serve as the basis for a decision related to taxation, purchase and sale of land plots of public ownership, inheritance and resolution of land disputes over land plots, rights to which were not registered by the territorial cadastral authority in real estate register. The purpose of the cadastral documentation is to confirm the right of ownership, possession and use of land when land plots are allotted to the owners by the state.
