Abstract
Regulation on the certification of registrars in the field of cadastral activities establishes the purpose of certification, conditions, terms and procedure for organizing and conducting the certification procedure for registrars in the field of cadastral activities. The purpose of certification of registrars is to determine the level of their professional training, suitability for the position held, verification of risk factors, stimulation of professional development, increasing responsibility in the performance of official duties, ensuring objective promotion. The registrar is subject to attestation once every three years. To receive category of qualification the registrar, upon application, can be certified ahead of schedule. The specified period includes a period of time during which the attested person actually held his position. Certification consists of an assessment of professional skills, results of the activity of the registrar, the level of development and manifestation of professional qualities in accordance with the requirements of the position held. When assessing the professional achievements of the registrar in the process of certification shall be taken into account his/her theoretical knowledge and performance. Work experience is taken into account when assigning a qualification category.
