Law No. 101-XVI amending Land Code of the Republic of Moldova.

Article 15 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 15. Allotment of land for non-agricultural and non-forestry purposes. State and municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations shall be allotted public land and municipal land. For industrial and residential construction and for other non-agricultural and non-forestry purposes shall be allotted poor quality and unforested land. Procedure for allotment of land for non-agricultural and non-forestry purposes and also for change of purposeful use of land shall be established by the Government.”
