Law No. 131-XVIII amending some legislative acts.

Item “h” of the Article 107 of Water Code shall be amended to add a new wording: “h) damaging of waterworks, water resources schemes and water protection equipment, including water supply networks and equipment;” Items j) and l) of the Article 84 shall be amended to add a new wording: “j) collection or destruction of plants, capture or destruction of wild animals recorded in the Red Book of the Republic of Moldova and in the Annexes to Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (СIТЕS);”.
