Law No. 1448-XV amending Law No. 1513-XII on sanitary and epidemiological provision of population.

Article 12 shall acquire a new wording: “Foodstuffs, including alimentary raw materials and food additives shall comply with hygienic and sanitary requirements for food processing, transport, storage and trade. Manufacturing, use and trade of foodstuffs, including alimentary raw materials and food additives, use of food processing technologies, including the new ones, shall be authorized exclusively in conformity with sanitary and epidemiological authorization or hygienic certificate attesting compliance thereof with sanitary requirements.” Part 1 of the Article 15 shall acquire a new wording: “Quality of water from the sources used for centralized and decentralized water supply for domestic, household and practical needs, recreational and hygienic purposes, irrigation of agricultural crops shall comply with hygienic requirements.”
