Abstract
This Law establishes legal basis of requirements for ecodesign of ecofriendly energy consumption edifices with a view of promotion of sustainable development, energy efficiency and energy saving. This Law shall not be considered overlapping with environmental legislation. Agency on Energy Efficiency shall distribute information related to energy efficiency requirements. Energy efficiency labelling “CE” shall be performed exclusively by the manufacturer or by his authorized representative.
