Law No. 451-XV on licensing.

This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic grounds for licensing of some activities. This Law shall not be applicable to energy sector. It establishes the modalities of filing application and issuance, renewal, suspension and withdrawal of licence for the following activities: (a) import and wholesale trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors; (b) viticulture, planting of fruit and berry varieties, seeds and planting material; (c) production, storage and trade of animal pedigree resources; (d) bottling of potable water; (e) import, export and trade of hunting firearms; and (f) GMO transactions. Licence must contain data of the holder, serial number, data of issuance and period of validity. Licence shall be issued for the period of five years.
