Law No. 5 amending Land Code of the Republic of Moldova.

Article 40 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Based on the resolution of the general meeting adopted by a majority vote of the members of the horticultural partnership, the decision of the local council of the administrative territorial unit of the land of the horticultural partnership may be included in the territory of the corresponding settlement, subject to compliance with the town-planning standards and special requirements established by the Government”.
