Law No. 6 amending Law No. 1543- XIII on register of immovable property.

Article 43 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The rights of use and lease of immovable property objects established for a period of more than three years, the right to lease of land plots and other agricultural property, established for a period of more than five years, shall be subject to mandatory registration. At the request of land proprietors, the rights of use/lease can be registered and in cases of shorter periods provided for by this part. In case of extension or change of the term of the rights of use, hiring/leasing, supporting documentation shall be submitted to the territorial cadastral authority”.
