Abstract
This Law establishes the obligation and the procedure for declaring and exercising control over income and property of public officials, judges, prosecutors, civil servants and some top executives. It establishes categories and ranks (positions) of the public officials for which declaration of income and property shall be mandatory and specifies the objects of declaration, in particular shall be subject to declaration either income and property on the national territory or abroad. The declarant shall be personally responsible for the correctness of information and data, related to income and property, inserted in the declaration. Persons who, in the process of performing their official duties receive information about the declaration of income and property or exercise control of the information contained in the declarations are obliged to keep the secrecy of information. Annex 1 contains the form of the declaration.
