Ministerial Decree No. 1469 validating the list of produce subject to compulsory certification.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that compliance of produce with the national standards shall be attested by compliance certificates issued by the authorized certification body or by compliance declaration issued by the producer after compulsory compliance assessment of the produce. The list of produce subject to compulsory certification includes milk and dairy products, honey, vegetables, coffee, tea, flour, grains, cereals, meat and meat-based products, liquors, beverages and tobaccos.
