Ministerial Decree No. 424 validating the Statute of voluntary agricultural association.

Voluntary agricultural association shall be social cooperative association of gardeners, vegetable growers, stockbreeders, floriculturists, apiculturists and other citizens producing agricultural commodities. The purpose of Association shall be to raise agricultural production at the personal farms and in cooperatives. The main tasks of the Association shall be promotion of individual and collective production of agricultural commodities and trade thereof through public and private trading enterprises. The Association shall carry out the following functions: (a) promotion of individual farms; (b) organization of agricultural cooperatives; and (c) land cultivation and water supply for agricultural purposes.
