Ministerial Decree No. 632 on study, use and protection of mineral water.

This Ministerial Decree shall be compulsory and shall be applicable to all economic entities carrying out exploration and extraction of mineral water. Abstraction of mineral water on the national territory shall be authorized exclusively from explored deposits of mineral water. Operation of mineral water deposits shall be authorized by means of well sinking or tapping of groundwater. Exploration and prospecting of mineral water deposits shall be carried out by the authorized state institution for geological exploration. Sources of mineral water, for the purpose of conservation natural mineral qualities, prevention of pollution and desalination, shall be tapped. In case of exhaustion of the deposit of mineral water operators must reduce water abstraction.
