Ministerial Decree No. 693 validating the Regulation on issuance of licences for trade of liquors and tobaccos.

This Ministerial Decree regulates the modalities of issuing licences for retail trade of liquors and tobaccos and establishes the modalities of issuance, suspension and cancellation of the aforesaid licences. Licences shall be issued by the local self-government for limited period of time and shall be valid for the place of vending specified therein. Annexes 1 and 2 contain the form of application and the form of licence.
