Ministerial Decree No. 852 on the use of trademarks and labels pertaining to state property.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that trademarks and labels pertaining to state property shall be considered those registered by state and governed by public administration. The state can concede to natural and legal persons the right of use of trademarks and labels pertaining to state property. The aforesaid right of use shall be conceded in accordance with licensing agreement. The right of use of trademarks and labels for agricultural commodities, including wines and liquors shall be granted by agro-industrial institution “Moldova-Vin”.
