Order No. 111 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry validating the forms of some documents.

This Order validates model forms of the following documents: (a) application for financial support for each activity separately in accordance with Annex No. 1; (b) declaration under responsibility of the agricultural manufacturer, according to the Annex 2; (c) business plan for at least 5 years, in accordance with Annex 3; (d) act of pumping water with small irrigation, according to Annex 4; (e) act of pumping water through centralized systems, according to Annex 5; (f) certificate issued by financial institutions for expenditure of loan, and the amount of interest paid, in accordance with Annex 6; (g) list of payment orders, according to Annex 7; (h) declaration of the producer of agricultural commodities on the ownership of combines, agricultural tractors and agricultural machinery, according to Annex 8; and (i) technical sheet, according to Annex 9.
