Order No. 20 of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources regarding the issuance of permits in the sphere of nature management and prevention of environmental pollution.

This Order establishes the terms and conditions for the issuance of permit for industrial fisheries in the natural waterbodies, manufacturing, import, export and re-export of ozone depleting substances, catch of snails, snakes and frogs, collection of wild growing medicinal plants and waste management. The applicant shall file application containing copy of registration certificate, expert opinion of the Academy of Sciences and other specialized bodies, copy of licence and expert opinion of the territorial environmental protection bodies and local self-government. The Order contains the form of permit. The permits shall be issued by the authorized bodies and departments of the Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection.
