Order No. 38-g of the Licensing Authority validating terms and conditions for some activities subject to compulsory licensing.

This Order establishes licensing terms and conditions for the following activities: (a) manufacturing, storage and wholesale trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and beer – obligatory registration of the output, registration of trademark, labelling of the produce with quality stamps and observance of ecological requirements; (b) production and (or) wholesale trade of seeds and planting material – availability of land ownership or land lease certificate, copy of certificate issued by the State commission on plant variety testing attesting plant production of certified species; and (c) pedigree stockbreeding – availability of special vehicles and equipment, veterinary and sanitary authorization, certificate of immunological and genetic inspection of livestock.
