Order No. OANSA33/2021 of the National Food Safety Agency validating some samples of registers.

General Director of the National Food Safety Agency orders to validate: (a) samples of registers specific to the activities of units authorized to own, distribute and dispense veterinary medicinal products, in in accordance with Annexes No. 1-14; (b) veterinary pharmacies shall maintain and fill out registers in accordance with Annexes No. 1, 2, 3 and 9 (as necessary and registers in accordance with Annexes No. 4, 5 and 10); (c) pharmaceutical veterinary warehouses, as well as drug factories for veterinary purposes (for implemented distribution processes) shall maintain and complete registers in accordance with Annexes No. 3, 6, 8 and 9 (as required and registries in in accordance with Annexes No. 7 and 10); (d) units practicing the activity of medical veterinary care shall conduct and fill out the registers in accordance with Annexes No. 3, 9, 11 and/or 12 (as necessary and registers in accordance with Annexes No. 10 and 13); and (e) livestock units from which food products are obtained should maintain and fill out the register in accordance with Appendix No. 14.
