Order No. OANSA366/2025 of the National Food Safety Agency validating the State Register of genetically modified food and feed products.

This Order of the National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) approves the State Register of genetically modified food products and feed. The Order is based on positive evaluation reports issued by the National Commission for Biological Safety within the Environment Agency, which provide the scientific and regulatory basis for including products in the Register. The core measure adopted is the formal approval of the State Register of genetically modified food and feed, as set out in the annex to the Order.
