Order No. OMADRM1/2021 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment validating the Regulation on the procedure for determination of association of producers of grape and wine products.

Definition of an association of producers of grape and wine products with the largest amount of assessed and paid mandatory contributions to the Grape and Wine Fund over the past four years of the operation of Coordination Council of the National Bureau of grapes and wine shall be carried out by a working group established by order of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment. Determination of the association of producers of grape and wine products with the largest mandatory payments to the Grape and Wine Fund are based on the total amount of contributions paid by members of the association for all categories of grape and wine products. In the case when two associations of producers of grape and wine products with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) the amount of payments to the Grape and Wine Fund are equal, the priority will be given to the associations with the highest sales of products with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Information on the volume of sales of products with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) is provided by members of the associations to the National Bureau according to one declaration under their own responsibility (Annex to this Regulation), within 60 calendar days before the expiration of the mandate of the Coordination Council.
