Order No. OMADRM87/2021 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment validating the Methodology for assessing animals at different stages of growth.

This Methodology establishes the procedure for calculating the insurance sum for groups of animals at various stages of growth, related to cattle, sheep/goats, swine, poultry raised on site. If animals at different stages of growth have been acquired, they will be insured at the purchase price specified in the sales contracts or, depending on circumstances, invoices, waybills. When calculating the amount of insurance premium for insurance of animals for various stages of growth, the insurer sets the insurance rate for a certain period depending on the type of animal. The insured amount for animals for each stage of growth is the cost of an animal at this stage, regardless of the moment of occurrence of the insured risk at this stage.
