Abstract
This Order validates the following control checklists: (a) general checklist in the field of state control and supervision of quality assurance and production of alcoholic beverages SA-1, in accordance with Annex 1; (b) general checklist for state control and supervision of the quality and safety of grape and wine production SA-2, in accordance with Annex 2; (c) specific checklist for state control and quality supervision during the production and circulation of rectified ethyl alcohol and distillate of agricultural origin SA-3, in accordance with Annex 3; (d) specific checklist for state control and supervision of the quality and safety of grape and wine products, beer and alcoholic beverages sold through specialized warehouses SA-4, in accordance with Annex 4; (e) specific checklist for state control and supervision over the quality and safety, production and placement on the market of beer and beer-based drinks SA-5, in accordance with Annex 5; (f) specific checklist for state control over compliance with technical conditions of wine and other strong alcoholic products with IGP and/or DOP and other current regulations SA-6, in accordance with Annex 6; (g) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises producing bakery and pasta products SA-7, in accordance with Annex 7; (h) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises for drying/dehydrating fruits and vegetables SA-8, in accordance with Annex 8; (i) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises for freezing fruits and vegetables SA-9, in accordance with Annex 9; (j) checklist for state control and supervision of fruit and vegetable processing enterprises SA-10, in accordance with Annex 10; (k) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises for sorting, packaging, storage of fresh fruits, vegetables and mushrooms SA-11, in accordance with Annex 11; (l) checklist for state control and supervision of juice production enterprises SA-12, in accordance with Annex 12; (m) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises producing sugar, flour and confectionery products SA-13, in accordance with Annex 13; (n) checklist for state control and supervision of sugar production enterprises SA-14, in accordance with Annex 14; (o) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises producing vegetable oil SA-15, in accordance with Appendix No. 15; (p) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises for packaging and storage of food products of plant origin SA-16, in accordance with Annex 16; (q) checklist for state control and supervision of granaries and elevators SA-17, in accordance with Annex 17; (r) checklist for state control and supervision of flour milling enterprises SA-18, in accordance with Annex 18; (s) general checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises producing food products of plant origin SA-19, in accordance with Annex 19; (s) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises for the sale and/or storage of food products SA-20, in accordance with Appendix No. 20; (t) checklist for state control and supervision of public catering establishments with a complete technological process SA-21, in accordance with Annex 21; (u) checklist for state control and supervision of small-capacity public catering establishments with a partial technological process for preparing food SA-22, in accordance with Annex 22; (v) checklist for state control and supervision of culinary departments SA-23, in accordance with Annex 23; (w) checklist for state control and supervision of transportation of food products SA-24, in accordance with Annex 24; (x) checklist for state control and supervision of public catering establishments in educational institutions SA-25, in accordance with Appendix No. 25; (y) checklist for state control and supervision of the activities of specialized stores for the sale of grape and wine products, beer and alcoholic products SA-26, in accordance with Annex 26; (z) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises producing meat products, minced meat, processed meat and mechanically separated meat SA-27, in accordance with Annex 27; (z(1) checklist for state control and supervision of milk collection points, independent or integrated into dairy farms SA-28, in accordance with Appendix No. 28; (z(2) checklist for state control and supervision of centers for acceptance, marking and packaging of eggs SA-29, in accordance with Appendix No. 29; (z(3) checklist for state control and supervision of egg processing enterprises and egg product production enterprises SA-30, in accordance with Annex No. 30; (z(4) checklist for state control and supervision of fishing vessels and/or transportation of fish SA-31, in accordance with Annex 31; (z(5) checklist for state control and supervision of slaughterhouses/red meat production establishments SA-34, according to Annex 34; (z(6) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises processing bee honey and other bee products SA-37, in accordance with Annex 37; and (z(9) checklist for state control and supervision of enterprises for processing milk or processing dairy products, including enterprises for the production of ice cream SA-38, in accordance with Appendix No. 38.
