Order No. OMAIA80/2023 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry validating the Regulations on the organization and conduct of a competition to select suppliers of agricultural consulting and training services.

This Regulation regulates the procedure for organizing and conducting competition for the selection of suppliers of consulting and training services in the field of agriculture and their registration in the Register of consulting and training services in the field of agriculture. The applicant for participation in the Competition must meet the following eligibility criteria: (1) General conditions: (a) be a resident of the Republic of Moldova; (b) be a legal entity; (c) have no debts to the national public budget; (d) have full-time or co-opted qualified personnel; (e) carry out the type of activity for which the application is submitted; and (f) do not have contractual relationships promoting resource providers for service for which they intend to apply. (2) Special conditions for specialized training on topics related to subsidy measures: (a) has technical and material capabilities; and (b) has a program/curriculum for the areas of activity of the measures subject to allocation of subsidies, with a minimum duration of 48 hours. Provider of consulting and training services in the field of agriculture will annually submit a descriptive report on the activities carried out activities.
