Order No. OMM26/2023 validating the Regulation on activities of the institution State Supervisory Committee "National Bureau for the Implementation Projects in the field of environment".

Regulation on activities of the institution State Supervisory Committee "National Bureau for the Implementation Projects in the field of environment" sets out the following objectives: (a) determination of general and specific conditions for the constitution/composition of the Committee; (b) regulation of the powers and duties of the Committee; (c) defining the rights and obligations of the Committee; and (d) determination of the mode of operation. The Committee performs the following functions: (a) supervision over the "National Bureau for the Implementation Projects in the field of environment"; (b) validates plans and programs of the "National Bureau for the Implementation Projects in the field of environment"; and (c) validates reports on monitoring and completion of a project.
