Ordinance No. 3 of the Ministry of Finance validating the registration sheet for the purchase of products of plant growing and/or horticulture and/or plant species and instructions for its completion and the obligation of the subject.

Registration sheet for the purchase of products of plant growing and/or horticulture and/or plant species contains information and data related to date of purchase, product description, locality of production and the obligation of the purchaser to declare that all commodities are produced on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. All the products must be purchased from natural persons that do not perform entrepreneurial activity.
