Parliamentary Decree No. 1267 on implementation of Law No. 851-XIII on environmental audit and environmental impact assessment.

The Parliament decrees to bind the Ministry of Ecology, Construction and Territorial Development to stop construction of all the objects that have not passed environmental audit, to carry out preventive arrangements and to apply penalties to economic entities that in violation of acting legislation use natural resources without carrying out reclamation work. Central and local executive bodies in the process of exploitation of natural resources shall ensure access to information to the population and non-governmental entities.
